John Landis is to make a return to film-making with comedy horror 'Burke and Hare', according to the Hollywood Reporter. The director - whose work includes 'The Blues Brothers', 'An American Werewolf In London', and famously, Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' video – hasn't made a film since 'Blues Brothers 2000', back in, er, 2000.
The new film, based on the true story of the Edinburgh serial killers who sold their victims' bodies for medical dissection, will star Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis as the infamous duo, and Tom Wilkinson as anatomist Robert Knox. It begins shooting in the Scottish capital, and in London, later this month.
